Ingredients

  • ounces tomato sauce canned
  • 15 ounces chili with beans canned
  • teaspoons chili powder 
  • 10 ounces corn chips crushed
  •  garlic clove minced
  • pound ground beef 
  • 15 ounces hominy drained canned
  • small onion chopped
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup water

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
  2. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.
