  • tablespoons brown sugar packed ()
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground allspice 
  • teaspoon ground cardamom 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cloves 
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream 
  • tablespoons honey 
  • large delicious apples cored peeled cut into 8 wedges
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
