  • cups carrots thinly sliced
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • tablespoons honey 
  • 0.5 teaspoon orange rind grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 quarts water

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add carrot; cook for 20 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Place carrot, parsley, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently.
  5. For baby: Omit black pepper.
  6. Cut the carrot slices into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Serve spoonfuls in a small bowl or on a rimmed plate.
