Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup mint leaves fresh minced
  • 0.5 cup honey 
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh
  • tablespoon lime zest grated
  • teaspoon orange-flower water 
  • large pineapple ripe

  1. Whisk first 4 ingredients in large glass baking dish. Peel pineapple; cut crosswise into 6 rounds.
  2. Remove core; discard.
  3. Add pineapple to dish; turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap; let stand at room temperature at least 1 hour and up to 2 hours.
  4. Prepare barbecue (medium heat).
  5. Remove pineapple from marinade (reserve marinade). Grill until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer to serving dish.
  7. Pour reserved marinade over.
  8. Sprinkle with mint.
  9. Serve warm or chilled.
