  • 0.3 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • tablespoons honey 
  • tablespoons juice of lime 
  • 10 ounces chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into strips
  • teaspoon worcestershire sauce
