  • teaspoons garlic minced
  • tablespoon honey 
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • teaspoons lime rind grated
  •  mangoes peeled sliced
  • pound skinless boneless chicken breast boneless skinless cut into 1-inch cubes

  2. Combine first 5 ingredients; toss to coat. Thread chicken onto 8 (6-inch) skewers.
