Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients and 1 cup water in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from heat; cool. Strain and chill until ready to use. Before serving, stir in 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint.
