  • tablespoons mustard dry
  • 0.3 oz gelatin powder unflavored
  • 0.7 cup honey 
  • slices cranberry-orange relish thin
  • teaspoon orange peel grated
  • 1.5 cups nonfat yogurt plain
  • teaspoon vanilla 
  • cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. In a 1 1/2- to 2-quart pan, mix gelatin and mustard. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water and the grated orange peel.
  2. Let stand about 5 minutes, then stir over high heat until boiling, about 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Whisk in honey, yogurt, cream, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Pour mixture equally into 6 custard cups or souffl dishes (6-oz. size). Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
  6. Garnish desserts with orange slices and serve; or cover airtight and chill up to 1 day, then garnish.
