  • cloves garlic minced
  • Tbsp gingerroot peeled finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup grey poupon savory honey mustard 
  • 0.3 cup orange marmalade 
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless

Equipment

Directions

  1. Mix mustard, marmalade, ginger and garlic.
  2. Place chicken in glass dish or plastic bag.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the mustard mixture over chicken; turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  4. Remove chicken from mustard mixture; discard mustard mixture.
  5. Grill or broil chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  6. Heat remaining mustard mixture.
  7. Serve over chicken.
