Ingredients

  • 12 servings pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.5 cup cranberries dried chopped
  • tablespoon rosemary leaves fresh chopped
  • 11 ounce graham cracker squares 
  • pound ham smoked bone-in fully cooked
  • tablespoon orange zest (from 1 orange)
  • 12 servings croissants mini

Directions

  1. Unwrap ham and place in a roasting pan. Gently separate the slices.
  2. Drizzle 3 tablespoons honey from honeycomb or honey jar over the ham.
  3. Bake ham, uncovered, at 325 for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove ham from oven, and transfer to a serving platter. Slice honeycomb into 1/4-inch-thick slices with a sharp knife dipped in hot water.
  5. Place slices of honeycomb between slices of ham.
  6. Sprinkle with orange zest, cranberries, rosemary, and pepper.
  7. Serve with rolls or mini croissants.
