  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.3 cup green onions finely chopped
  • teaspoons olive oil

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add onions and garlic. Saut 30 seconds or until lightly browned.
  2. Add peas; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

  4. Add rice to pea mixture; toss well.
