Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • tablespoon brown sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon basil dried
  • large eggs 
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 1.3 pounds pd of ground turkey dark light ( and meat)
  • tablespoon horseradish prepared
  • teaspoon horseradish prepared
  • 0.3 cup catsup 
  • tablespoon catsup 
  • cup onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.3 cup quick-cooking oats 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Combine first 11 ingredients in a large bowl. Crumble turkey over oats mixture, mixing with hands just until blended. Pack turkey mixture into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
  3. Combine 1/3 cup ketchup, brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon horseradish in a bowl; stir well.
  4. Spread half of ketchup mixture over meat loaf.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  6. Spread remaining ketchup mixture over meat loaf, and bake an additional 10 minutes or until done.
  7. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove meat loaf from pan; cut loaf into 5 slices.
