Ingredients

  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  •  garlic clove finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup spring onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime 
  • teaspoons lime zest grated
  • tablespoon soy sauce reduced-sodium
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • teaspoons sesame oil 
  • 1.5 pounds shrimp deveined uncooked peeled

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil in large glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
  2. Heat oven to 400F. Spray rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray. Arrange shrimp in single layer in pan.
  3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm.
  4. Drizzle with oil.
