Ingredients

  • 27.5 ounce artichoke hearts canned
  • 10 ounce pkt spinach frozen chopped
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • cup parmesan freshly grated
  • cup pepper jack cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream sour

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Heat the spinach in a microwave oven on high for 5 minutes and squeeze dry.
  3. Drain the artichoke hearts and coarsely chop in a food processor.
  4. Combine all the ingredients except the jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well.
  5. Scrape into the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle the jack cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a chafing dish and keep warm over a low flame.
  8. Serve with bagel chips.
