Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup coconut or flaked
  • 1.3 cups confectioners' sugar 
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon 
  • teaspoon lemon zest 
  • 1.3 cups potatoes mashed
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • tablespoons rum extract flavored
  • tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
