Ingredients

  • ounce apple juice concentrate undiluted thawed canned
  • 1.8 pounds granny smith apples halved cut into 1/4-inch wedges and ( 3 medium)
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground cloves 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 3.5 cups whipped cream low-fat
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • tablespoons rum or white

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Add apples and raisins; continue to simmer for 8 minutes or until apples are crisp-tender.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in rum.
  4. Serve warm over ice cream.
