  • 8.3 ounces apricots mashed drained canned
  • 0.3 cup apricot preserves 
  • tablespoons butter 
  •  eggs 
  • cup evaporated milk 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • servings garnish: whipped cream sweetened
  • teaspoon vanilla 
  • 0.5 cup frangelico 
  • 0.5 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Stir together all ingredients except preserves and whipped cream until blended.
  2. Pour into pie plate.
  3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
  4. Heat preserves over low heat until melted; spread over pie. Cool.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie.
