  • cup banana ripe mashed (2 medium)
  • teaspoons juice of lemon 
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • tablespoon butter softened
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla 
  •  eggs 
  • 14 oz condensed milk sweetened canned
  • 0.8 cup cool whip frozen thawed
  • 0.3 cup walnut pieces coarsely chopped
  • serving mrs richardson's butterscotch caramel sauce warmed
  • 0.5 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch glass pie plate with shortening or spray with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix bananas and lemon juice; set aside.
  2. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients except whipped topping, walnuts and caramel topping until blended.
  3. Add banana mixture; stir until blended.
  4. Pour into pie plate.
  5. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
  6. Spread pie with whipped topping; sprinkle with walnuts.
  7. Drizzle with caramel topping before serving. Store covered in refrigerator.
