Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup bacon crumbled cooked
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • oz corn whole drained canned
  • oz pimientos diced drained
  •  eggs slightly beaten
  • 0.7 cup baking mix bisquick heart smart®
  • cup milk 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • serving cream sour

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the crumbled cooked bacon for garnish.
  2. Sprinkle remaining bacon, the onion, bell pepper, corn and pimientos in pie plate.
  3. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients except sour cream until blended.
  4. Pour into pie plate.
  5. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve garnished with sour cream and reserved bacon.
