Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups hash browns shredded refrigerated (from 1-lb 4-oz bag)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.8 cup peas sweet frozen thawed drained
  • 12  meatballs frozen thawed cut in half (from 16-oz bag)
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • cup milk 
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate or deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. In small bowl, toss potatoes with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer potatoes, peas, meatballs and cheese in pie plate.
  4. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with fork or wire whisk until blended.
  5. Pour into pie plate.
  6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brown.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
