  • 0.5 cup ham smoked diced
  • 0.5 cup turkey smoked diced
  • oz swiss cheese shredded
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  •  eggs 
  • 1.5 cups milk 
  • tablespoon ranch seasoning dry ( half of 1-oz package)
  • cups lettuce shredded
  • cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 0.8 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch deep-dish glass pie plate or 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle ham, turkey and cheeses in pie plate.
  3. In medium bowl, stir eggs, milk, dressing mix and Bisquick mix with fork or whisk until blended.
  4. Pour into pie plate.
  5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Top each serving with lettuce and tomatoes.
