Ingredients

  • lb pd of ground turkey 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • oz taco seasoning 
  • oz chilis green undrained chopped canned
  • cup milk 
  •  eggs 
  • oz colby cheese shredded
  • 0.8 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 1.5 cups lettuce shredded
  • tablespoons spring onion sliced
  • 0.5 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. In 10-inch skillet, cook turkey and onion over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in taco seasoning mix.
  3. Spread in pie plate. Top evenly with chiles.
  4. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk or fork until blended.
  5. Pour into pie plate.
  6. Bake 25 minutes. Top with cheese and tomato.
  7. Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Sprinkle with lettuce and green onions.
