These Indian-Spiced Chicken Kebabs with Cilantro-Mint Chutney are the perfect choice to elevate your next gathering or solo snack time. Bursting with aromatic spices, tender chicken, and a zesty homemade chutney, this dish is a feast for the senses.

The star of the show is the succulent chicken, marinated in a blend of tikka or mild curry paste, fresh ginger, and garlic, which infuses every bite with bold Indian-inspired flavors. Paired with a refreshing Cilantro-Mint Chutney—a blend of fresh herbs, jalapeño, and lemon juice—this dish strikes the perfect balance between spicy, tangy, and herbaceous.

Whether you're serving these kebabs as a starter, snack, or part of a larger meal, they’re guaranteed to impress. The tender chicken is broiled to perfection and served on a bed of crisp butter lettuce and thinly sliced cucumber, adding a cool, crunchy contrast. A squeeze of fresh lime juice ties everything together, creating a bright and satisfying bite.

At just 47 calories per serving, this dish is as light as it is flavorful, making it a guilt-free addition to any menu. Plus, it’s easy to prepare ahead of time—the chutney and chicken marinade can be made in advance, saving you precious time when you’re ready to cook.
