  • 1.3 cups sugar divided
  • 0.5 cup cocoa unsweetened
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 0.8 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Combine 3/4 cup sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt in a small saucepan.

  4. Place chopped chocolate in a large bowl.
