  • 14 oz canned tomatoes diced italian-style undrained canned
  • 0.5 cup italian* five cheese blend shredded kraft finely
  • Tbsp olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • small pasilla peppers red chopped
  • 1.5 lb chicken drumsticks and thighs skinless
  • 0.3 cup tomato paste canned

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken to skillet; cook 10 min. or until evenly browned, turning occasionally.
  3. Combine tomatoes and tomato paste; pour over chicken.
  4. Add peppers; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min. or until chicken is done (165F), stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan. Top with shredded cheese; let stand, covered, until melted.
