  • Tbsp rosemary leaves dried
  • 0.5 cup cooking wine dry red
  • cloves garlic minced
  • cup 1 cup kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • lb leg of lamb 
  • tsp pepper 
  • tsp thyme leaves dried

  • roasting pan

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except lamb until blended; pour over lamb in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat lamb with dressing mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours, turning lamb after 1 hour.
  2. Heat oven to 350F.
  3. Remove lamb from marinade; discard marinade.
  4. Place lamb on rack in roasting pan.
  5. Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until done (160F).
  6. Let stand 10 min. before slicing.
