Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • teaspoons olive oil extravirgin divided
  • 0.5 cup basil leaves fresh packed
  • 0.5 cup cilantro leaves fresh
  • 0.3 cup parsley leaves fresh
  •  garlic clove 
  • 1.5 pounds shrimp deveined peeled
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons water 
  • medium zucchini cut into 20 (1/2-inch-thick) slices

Directions

  1. Prepare grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place first 6 ingredients in a blender or small food processor; add 2 teaspoons oil. Process until smooth.
