Ingredients

  • 16 oz cheese tortellini frozen cooled cooked
  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • oz mushrooms fresh quartered
  • 20  greek olives assorted pitted
  • oz low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese cubed kraft ()
  • Tbsp oregano fresh chopped
  •  pepperoncini peppers divided
  • slices oscar mayer salami hard cut into 6 wedges
  • 0.5 cup tuscan house dressing italian divided kraft

Directions

  1. Place pasta in large bowl. Chop 1 pepper.
  2. Add to pasta along with 6 Tbsp. dressing; mix lightly.
  3. Cook mushrooms in remaining dressing in skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min. or until tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Arrange remaining peppers and all remaining ingredients except oregano in clusters in large shallow serving bowl.
  5. Sprinkle with oregano. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  6. Toss salad ingredients before serving.
