  • lb ground beef lean
  •  eggs 
  • cup breadcrumbs italian
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.3 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 14 oz pasta sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except pasta sauce; mix well.
  2. Add 1 cup pasta sauce; mix well. Press mixture into ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F. for 40 minutes.
  4. Pour remaining pasta sauce over meatloaf.
  5. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked in center and meat thermometer registers 160°F.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
