- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1.5 tsp penzey's southwest seasoning dried italian
- 2 lb new potatoes cut into quarters
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 cup reduced fat topping parmesan style grated kraft
- 0.3 tsp salt

- Pour over potatoes in large bowl.
- Add grated topping; mix lightly.
