  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar 
  • clove garlic finely chopped
  • 10 oz baby greens 
  • 0.5 cup parsley fresh italian chopped (flat-leaf)
  • small zucchini thinly sliced
  • 12 oz marinated artichoke drained chopped
  • 1.5 cups pepperoncini peppers italian drained chopped ( peppers) (from 16-oz jar)
  • cup olive green pitted halved
  • serving cracked wheat
