  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoon capers drained
  • rib celery stalks sliced
  •  cucumber peeled halved seeded sliced
  • 0.3 cup olive oil extra virgin 
  • ounces farfalle pasta 
  • 1.5 tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoons lemon zest 
  •  bell pepper red halved thinly sliced
  • 0.3  onion red thinly sliced

  • 10 ounce albacore solid tuna white drained canned
