Ingredients

  • ounces mozzarella-asiago cheese blend shredded with roasted garlic
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • large garlic cloves minced
  • 1.3 pounds ground turkey breast 
  • 0.3 cup italian-seasoned breadcrumbs 
  • 0.5 cup warm marinara sauce 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 10 ounce pkt spinach frozen dry thawed drained chopped
  • tablespoons tomato paste with basil, garlic, and oregano

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 37
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Shape turkey mixture into a loaf; place into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes; sprinkle cheese over meat loaf.
  4. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in center of loaf registers 16
  5. Let stand 5 minutes; cut into 10 slices.
  6. Serve with warm marinara sauce.
