  • 0.5 cup celery diagonally sliced
  • tablespoons basil fresh chopped
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • ounces sharp provolone cheese diced
  • 0.5 cup onion red vertically sliced
  • 2.5 tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces pkt spinach thinly sliced
  • teaspoon tomato paste
