Perfect for a summer barbecue or an easy weeknight dinner, these kebabs celebrate the vibrant flavors of Jamaica while being gluten-free and dairy-free, making them a great option for everyone.

The heart of this recipe lies in the mouthwatering marinade, featuring aromatic allspice, warm cinnamon, and a hint of nutmeg, enhanced by the smokiness of fresh green onions and the heat of habanero peppers. The tender boneless sirloin cubes soak up this savory blend, infusing each bite with rich, complex flavors that are sure to impress your guests or family.

Complementing the succulent beef, you’ll find sweet plantains and colorful red bell peppers, adding both beauty and a touch of sweetness to your skewers. As they grill to perfection, the slight char enhances the dish's overall depth, creating a wonderful contrast to the bright taste of lime wedges that can be served alongside for a refreshing twist.
