  • tablespoon brown sugar 
  • teaspoon ginger fresh minced peeled
  • teaspoon thyme leaves fresh
  •  garlic cloves chopped
  • 0.5 cup green onion tops chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground allspice 
  • 1.5 tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • 0.3 cup onion red finely chopped
  • teaspoon salt 
  •  scotch bonnet pepper 
  • tablespoon water

    1. Cut Scotch bonnet pepper into quarters.
    2. Remove and discard seeds and membranes from 3 pepper quarters; leave seeds and membrane intact in remaining pepper quarter.
    3. Place pepper and remaining ingredients in a mini chopper, and process until a fine paste forms.
