Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • teaspoons brown sugar 
  • teaspoons ginger fresh peeled chopped
  • teaspoons thyme leaves fresh
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • cups green onions coarsely chopped
  • teaspoon ground allspice 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • teaspoons kosher salt 
  • 1.5 pound pork tenderloin trimmed
  • 0.5 cup onion coarsely chopped
  •  habanero peppers seeded chopped
  • tablespoon soya sauce 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • tablespoons vinegar white

Directions

  1. Place first 15 ingredients in a blender or food processor, and process until smooth.
  2. Slice pork lengthwise, cutting to, but not through, other side. Open halves, laying each side flat. Slice each half lengthwise, cutting to, but not through, other side; open flat.
  3. Combine pork and green onion mixture in a dish or large zip-top plastic bag. Cover or seal; marinate in refrigerator 3 to 24 hours.
  4. Remove pork from dish or bag; discard remaining marinade.
  5. Prepare grill.
  6. Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 8 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer registers 160 (slightly pink).
