  • 150 enoki mushrooms - and lightly canned rinsed drained (I used )
  • cloves garlic pressed
  • Tbs soya sauce light
  • servings oyster sauce 
  • 250 fatty pork minced
  • 0.3 tsp pepper powder white
  • 0.3 tsp salt 
  • servings sesame oil 
  • servings sugar 
  • 0.8 cup water
