  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • cup cup heavy whipping cream 
  • cup brown sugar light packed
  • tablespoon vanilla extract 
  • tablespoons irish whiskey 
  • tablespoons granulated sugar white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix white sugar, brown sugar, and flour.
  3. Add softened butter, cream, eggs and vanilla.
  4. Mix until well blended.
  5. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
  6. Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue baking for 45 to 50 minutes.
