  • 11 oz mandarin orange segents drained canned
  • cup orange juice cold
  • oz pineapple chunks in juice drained canned
  • oz jell-o strawberry flavor gelatin red or any flavor
  • 2.5 cups water boiling

Directions

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in juice. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened.
  2. Stir in fruit; spoon into 6-cup mold or bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold just before serving.
