Ingredients

  • pound chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • teaspoons walkerswood jamaican jerk seasoning dry ()
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • medium spring onion cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • medium bell pepper red cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 11 ounces mandarin orange segents drained canned
  • 0.5 cup roasted peanuts 
  • cups rice hot cooked
