  • 0.3 cup jamaican jerk paste 
  • cup julienne-cut jicama peeled (2-inch)
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • 24 ounce mackerel 
  • cup julienne-cut papaya peeled (2-inch)
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt
