Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup green onions sliced
  • cups julienne- jicama 
  • 1.5 tablespoons juice of lime fresh
  • tablespoons nonfat cream sour
  •  oranges peeled
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 teaspoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl, and toss well. Cover and chill.
  2. Combine sour cream, lime juice, oil, and salt in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk. Just before serving, drain jicama mixture.
  3. Pour dressing over jicama mixture; toss gently.
