  • 12 ounce three chicken sausage italian sliced johnsonville® cheese style
  • ounces mushrooms fresh quartered
  • pint grape tomatoes halved
  • 12 ounces pasta uncooked
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • medium onion chopped
  • servings parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • medium bell pepper red yellow chopped
  • medium zucchini sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion and bell pepper.
  2. Add the oil, salt and pepper; toss to coat.
  3. Transfer to a greased shallow baking pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle sausage over vegetables.
  6. Bake 5 minutes longer or until sausage is heated through.
  7. Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
  8. Add sausage mixture and toss.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
