  • 0.3 cup grapefruit juice chilled freshly squeezed (from)
  • ounces pears chilled unpeeled cut into large chunks and ( 1 cup or)
  • ounces pineapple fresh chilled cored peeled cut into large chunks, and ( 1 cup or)
