  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • cup chocolate chips 
  •  eggs 
  • 2.3 cups flour all-purpose
  • tablespoon ground coffee beans 
  • tablespoons espresso grounds instant
  • 0.3 cup kahlua 
  • cup brown sugar light
  • tablespoons butter softened
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cup sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and sugars. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and add softened butter, eggs, Kahlua, instant espresso, ground coffee and chocolate chunks.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients into cookie dough.
  4. Using a small scoop or a heaping tablespoon, drop cookie dough 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.
