  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • servings rice hot cooked
  • 0.5 teaspoon mustard dry
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup vinegar white
  • pound meat from a rotisserie chicken whole
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add chicken, and brown on all sides.
  2. Remove chicken from skillet, reserving drippings.
  3. Place chicken in an 11- x 7-inch baking dish.
  4. Add vinegar and next 5 ingredients to reserved drippings in skillet, stirring to loosen browned particles.
  5. Pour over chicken.
  6. Bake, covered, at 325 for 45 minutes; uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. Note: Chicken may be skinned before cooking.
