  • teaspoon marjoram dried

  •  garlic clove minced
  • cup bell pepper diced green
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 1.5 teaspoons paprika 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • cups plum tomatoes diced
  • 1.5 cups onion red vertically sliced
  • cups potatoes red cubed peeled
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • 0.3 cup water
