  • tsp agave nectar 
  •  graham crackers whole wheat whole
  • tbsp juice of lime 
  • tbsp lime zest 
  • ounces silken tofu 
  • dash vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Crush graham crackers and set aside.
  2. Combine tofu with lime juice, lime zest, vanilla extract and agave in a small food processor or blender and whiz until smooth. Taste, adding more lime or sweetener as desired.
  3. Layer in a serving glass or dish, crackers... tofu mixture... crackers... tofu mixture.
