Ingredients

  • slices bacon cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • tablespoons korean honey citron tea paste 
  •  green onions sliced
  • 0.5 cup kimchi drained chopped ( and )
  • tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • tablespoon oil 
  • tablespoon sesame seed toasted ()
  • large potatoes sweet peeled cut into bite sized pieces)

Directions

  1. Toss the sweet potatoes in the oil.

  5. Mix the gochujang and mayonnaise.
  6. Mix everything.
